My Issue

I would like to upgrade my account to Gold.

Solution

If you are not already logged-in, do so by clicking on the Login button in the top right of your screen.

Next, click on Upgrade next to the word "Basic" in the top left corner of your screen.

 

 

Follow the instructions on the payment page. Once your Transaction has completed, your Account Type will have changed to "Gold" in the top left corner of your screen.

You will now be able to:

  • Read the detailed Life Balance Check Report by clicking on Balance Check
  • Access the Advice Center, Forum, Communication Center and Diary.
