My Issue

I forgot my password and used the forgot password function but never received a password reset email.

Solution

The password reset email message might have gone to the Spam folder of your inbox. Please check there.

If you cannot find the message, please contact us at support@mybalance.net and let us know your username. We will then contact you once your password has been reset manually.
